Terms and Conditions
Welcome to EventMasters. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or inquiries.
Service Agreement
EventMasters provides event planning services, including but not limited to, venue selection, event coordination, catering arrangements, and vendor management. The scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement specific to the event in question.
Payments and Fees
Upon booking, clients are required to pay a deposit to secure our services. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. All fees are non-refundable except in cases where EventMasters fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the client, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, EventMasters will make every effort to reschedule or find alternative solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Liability
EventMasters is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event. While we work with trusted vendors and venues, we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from their services. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any potential risks.
Changes to Events
Clients may request changes to their event plans, but these changes must be made at least 14 days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and extent of the requested changes.
